No, you do not have to because then the Elpan heating panel can not dry out the wall where the foil is mounted.
Can you just set up a couple of Elpan panels to heat a larger room?
No, Elpan is a heat transfer system that must be mounted on 2.5 – 3 walls depending on the size of the room.

No, you can not, but you can set up a 1.5 module socket with a socket on the wall and set up Elpan to the socket and continue again on the other side.

Can the Wanpan heating panels be shortened?
No the panels can not be shortened. They are produced in 20cm, 30cm, 40cm length, up to 320cm, for every 20cm. The WP panels must match the wall length.
